In the early 60’s, because of air and water pollution, fireflies began to disappear in the countryside.
This phenomenon was terrible. After few years the fireflies were no longer there. P. Paolo Pasolini, one of the best voices of poetry we had, called it “the disappearance of the fireflies.”
The dramaturgical research of this trilogy started as a large spiral of languages from southern Italy regions. The staging was not the main purpose, cannot be just it.
